| April 2012: Tips, eNews, and More!
If March was any indication of how this summer is going to look maybe we should skip spring this year. On second thought, spring is a crowd pleaser among many in the office. It's not too hot, not too cold, it is kind of the baby bear of the seasons.
Spring is a time of rebirth and rejuvenation. In the past we talked about spring cleaning around the home: this year we'd like to suggest a little spring cleaning for.. yourself! When was your last visit to your family doctor for a physical, your eye doctor, your ear doctor, and wink, wink, nudge, nudge, our office. You've got a lot going on in your busy schedule, but you should always make time for your health.

When Was the Last Time You Flossed Your Teeth?
If you answered, "this morning" or "before I went to bed last night" then keep it up. If you answered, "I think there may be some floss in my top drawer", then it's time to start flossing.
Flossing is a proven means of cleaning plaque and food debris from hard to reach places where tooth brushes are far less effective. Flossing has also proven to promote healthy gums through increasing blood circulation that is integral to a beautiful smile.

Mac n' Cheeze Pleeze!
From spring cleaning to the endless outdoor activities we find in Ontario, the warmer temperatures are likely to get you moving. This month we wanted to share a high energy, health conscious, vegan recipe inspired by a Canadian classic...Macaroni and cheese!
Some of the ingredients in this recipe may not be readily found in your pantry. All of them should be easily found in your local grocer's organic section and all are worth having around for their nutritional value.
